Todd Bentley of Way of the Master Radio and Justin Peters graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, Texas speaking on Todd Bentley
Todd, like Joel Osteen, misses the easy opportunity to clearly speak the Gospel. But look what he spends 15 minutes talking about, when interviewed by the secular press/news/TV.
Whoever wrote this story bashing Todd Bentley-why dont you go for yourselves and then maybe you can talk!! I know people that went to that revivial and also my sister was healed of an infected boil/tumor,by her faith not Todd, he just delivered the word and inticed her faith to believe that Jesus wanted and desired to heal her!! It is not about believing in Todd Bentley its about believing in the Lord Jesus Christ and Him only!!!
I shared this with our members the other day and thought I would share it here as it seems their are a lot of people that are judging Todd Bentley:(
Today’s Bible Verse, Thought & Prayer for 07-02-08
For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. Matthew 7:2/NIV
Thought…
Jesus is concerned that we not have a critical spirit toward others, especially about their motives as to why they did something. We can’t assume to know another person’s heart; only God can. When we are unfairly critical, overly harsh, or unduly judgmental, we need to remember that God will use that same standard on us. I don’t know about you, but I need grace. So do those I love. I’m going to try very hard to be as gracious toward others as I’m trusting that God is going to be gracious with me.
Prayer…
Forgive me, Abba Father, for the times that I’ve been far more critical of others than I should be. Arouse within me a passion to be gracious toward others so that they can see your graciousness shining through me. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.

I don't like your attitude. Psalm 1:1 says: Blessed is the man that walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful.
Sitting in the seat of the scornful is at the bottom of ungodliness. Walking...Standing...Sitting. That is what you do.
ok, so you're complaining about the lack of scripture references and you gave like 2 and a bunch of quotes from a man. maybe you should spend a little more time reading the acts of the apostles and maybe then you'd see the way they're ministries went; are you laying hands on the sick and healing them? are you raising the dead? are you visiting heaven and speaking with tongues of fire? you keep saying this isn't true but i've seen what americans do to Christianity; it's just a pick and choose method/religion of what would look good and attract people there's no room for truth outside of the boundaries of your fathers' doctrine and the excuses of why this and that part of the bible don't apply to us, and how the bible doesn't mean what it says but it means what your senior pastor says and the leaders of your denomination say. you do not serve a very big God.
*Crosstalk Alert* Wednesday I recently posted a message from Justin Peters (http://www.justinpeters.org) on the Word of Faith movement and its heretical teachings. This is the movement that has produced so many false teachers, including Todd Bentley and his Lakeland “revival”. Justin will be joining me on Wednesday, Crosstalk, the Lord willing, and we will be talking about the basic teachings of this movement and how it is in conflict with biblical Christianity. Justin travels to churches around the country with his “A Call for Discernment” seminars. You can listen to the program live at 2pm Central time at our Crosstalk website.
